Continue To Impose Anti-Dumping Duties On Imports Of Coated Paper Originating From Japan And Korea.

In 2003, according to the anti-dumping investigation results of the Ministry of Commerce, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imported coated paper originating from Japan and Korea. The time of tax collection is 5 years from August 6, 2003.

At the expiration of the tax period, the Ministry of Commerce decided to carry out a final review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported coated paper originating from Japan and Korea at the time of the application of relevant domestic enterprises.

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to continue anti-dumping duties on imports of coated paper originating from Japan and Korea during the final review of anti-dumping measures.

Since August 6, 2008, the Customs has imposed anti-dumping duties on the coated products, which are imported from Japan and South Korea, in accordance with the announcement of the General Administration of Customs of People's Republic of China in 2003 and the announcement of 2007 twelfth, and the product ranges, tax rates and formulas stipulated in the Announcement No. twelfth of 2007.
