Recently, the American clothing and Footwear Association issued the twentieth edition of the restricted substances list (RSL), which is compiled by the environmental task force of the American clothing and Footwear Association. It lists the strictest regulations currently prohibiting or restricting the use of certain materials and chemicals in various countries. It aims to provide clothing and footwear companies with information on laws and regulations that restrict or prohibit the use of certain chemicals and substances in home textiles, clothing and footwear products around the world.

The new edition mainly revised the regulations on pesticides, flame retardants, metal parts in metals, cadmium and two phthalate esters in various countries, including new methods of testing certain substances, adding pesticides, flame retardants, and other chemicals such as phthalate and formic acid to control and control the state and the strictest control requirements. The names and CAS of some chemicals were supplemented or changed.
