The 20 cotton farmers who received the survey accumulated a total of 109.8 mu of cotton and 5.49 mu of households this year.

The daily purchases of enterprises are also ranging from thousands of catties to 2 or 30 thousand jin, and the largest number of purchasing enterprises do not exceed 300 thousand kilograms, and only 3-4 kilograms are less.

The total purchasing capacity of enterprises in the county is only about 2000000 kilograms, less than 1/5 of cotton farmers' sales volume.

Most of the large package enterprises outside the county are directly pported through local brokers, or are temporarily hoarded by some cotton traders and roller mills.

Purchase price.

During the National Day holiday, the 329 grade cotton seed with a lint of not less than 38% and a moisture regain rate of not more than 11% was 8.6 yuan per kilogram, 429 yuan 8.36 yuan, and the 527 seed cotton with a score of about 37% and a moisture regain rate of not more than 12% were 8 yuan each kilogram.

Cotton farmers mostly sold cotton to brokers or cotton traders at their doorstep, and the average selling price has been 8.08 yuan per kilogram since the beginning, which is close to the same period last year.

At this price, some cotton farmers dislike low prices or do not want to sell, and businesses feel the high cost and spot price.

The sales price is not matched, and dare not accept, which led to the recent cotton purchase particularly calm and slow progress.
