To meet the new round of talents in our school culture In the 3 months of July 31, 2011 ~8, some teaching supervisors and personnel training leaders of the personnel department went to Zhejiang to participate in the training of teaching theory and design held by the National University Teachers' network training center of the Ministry of education.

The leading teacher in training is Professor Sheng Qunli, Faculty of education, Zhejiang University, director of the Institute of educational science and technology, Zhejiang University, and member of the Teaching Guidance Committee of the Higher Education Technology Department of the Ministry of education.

This training includes: introduction of teaching theory and design; the experience of National Excellent Course Construction in teaching theory and design; the main orientation of teaching theory and design at home and abroad, and the characteristics of research team and resources; the experience and research trend of teaching theory and design; the exploration of the nature of Instructional design; the evolution of the basic mode of instructional design; and the analysis of the effectiveness of instructional design.

Trainees from all over the country, through participating in a series of training, have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the development and latest achievements of the teaching theory and design course in the context of teaching reform, including the orientation, teaching contents and methods of teaching.

The training also focused on students' concerns, such as "comfortable classroom, charming teaching". discuss This paper analyzes the problems of orderly teaching and holistic teaching, successful teaching, thinking and learning, three elements of teaching design, triangle of curriculum development and so on. The students spoke freely and the atmosphere was lively. The interaction between the teachers and the trainees made the training effect more prominent.

All the staff in our school took part in the training seriously, actively wrote notes and learned experiences, and completed online homework as required.
