This year, many Shishi fabric enterprises have intensified their research and development efforts on outdoor textiles.


New products focus on outdoor series


"This is our newly developed outdoor fabric, three layer compound, with breathable, moisture resistant and scratch resistant functions. The fabric is thicker and suitable for clothing in autumn and winter.

At the moment, proofing is being made and will be presented to several brand customers in the near future.

"Functional textiles have always been our research and development direction.

This year, we have intensified our efforts to work together with several well-known foreign raw materials suppliers to launch an outdoor series featuring functional fabrics.

Wang Ronghua, deputy general manager of the Federation of Sanhe, introduced the company's new clean and clean finishing fabrics, crystal finishing fabrics and cooling fabrics, which are all outdoor products. The R & D investment of the series accounts for half of the total investment of the company.


And long Xing long outdoor environmental protection functional new products appeared earlier.

At the 2010 China international textile fabrics and accessories (Chun Xia) Expo fabric exhibition held in Beijing in March this year, the products exhibited by the Dragon show are mainly embodied in the theme of integration of environmental protection and function. However, many fabric enterprises have tried to show that although most domestic customer enterprises have the concept of outdoor, high-end professional outdoor fabrics can not be fully accepted.


"For outdoor functional fabrics, innovation is reflected in two aspects: first, the appearance of fashion, product color and organizational structure in line with the trend of fashion; two is the perfect performance, that is, through high-tech products to improve product touch, give the product more performance, so that the product is more comfortable.

At present, the outdoor sports brands in China tend to be more biased towards the former, and the products tend to be more fashionable and casual, and the professional outdoor functions need to be improved.

Mr. Wu said that Tai Lung's outdoor fabrics have been sent to many domestic brand customers, but the real ones are mainly foreign trade enterprises.


Federal Sanhe also targeted its target customers to high-end brand customers. After communication, Wang Ronghua believes that the promotion process still takes some time.

"For outdoor textiles, we hear more from the needs of domestic customers, but at the same time, most domestic customers do not know enough about professional outdoor textiles.

In this promotion process, we need to guide them to understand.

Sales of outdoor products in China amounted to 4 billion 800 million last year.
