Jean Pierre Raffarin was born in 1948.

From 1989 to 1995, he became a member of the European Parliament. He was elected senator of the province of Vieira in 1995 and was re elected in 1997.

From 1993 to 1995, he was a spokeswoman, deputy general secretary and general secretary of the French Democratic Alliance. He was appointed Minister of small and medium enterprises, trade and handicraft industry from 1995 to 1997.

In 1997, he became Vice President of the Liberal Democratic Party. He joined the presidential majority coalition in November 2002 (later renamed the people's movement Union) and was appointed president of the government by President Chirac in May 2002.

In March 2004, Raffarin submitted his resignation to President Chirac.

But after accepting Raffarin's resignation, Chirac immediately appointed him as the new prime minister.

In May 2005, Raffarin resigned from the prime minister again.

We believe that China with dual characteristics will show its uniqueness in World Expo, Shanghai.

Shanghai is probably the most modern city in the world.

Development and rise, these two characteristics constitute the unique highlight of 2010 World Expo, Shanghai.

In my opinion, young people should try to find the future lines and build the world in the twenty-first Century.

I think the world will leave more brand of Chinese culture because it will rise in the century and globally.

I also think that young people in China should look out for the world, and the young people in the world should focus on China.

It is inspiring to think of 2010, and the world blueprint for twenty-first Century will be clearly presented to the world in World Expo, Shanghai.

Finally, it needs to be pointed out that France has many journalism schools.

There should be more exchanges between Chinese and French students.

We welcome Chinese students who are interested in becoming journalists and media people to study in Paris.

Moreover, Paris also has an everlasting World Exposition. We have a large museum, a Eiffel Tower, an inclusive European culture and a French culture. It has a long history as well as Chinese culture, and respects Chinese culture, just as Chinese culture treats French culture.
