Article 1 purpose of contract

The purpose of this contract is to provide Party A with technical workers, engineering technicians and other personnel (hereinafter referred to as dispatched personnel) according to the terms of this contract, and Party A pays remuneration to Party B.

To ensure the successful completion of the works of the first party, the two sides should cooperate with each other and carry out the contract conscientiously.

Second personnel dispatch

1. Party B shall dispatch personnel according to the agreed plans.

Party A shall send a written notice to Party B 2 months in advance.

Party B agrees to submit a list of dispatched personnel to Party A, including name, date of birth, type of work, passport number and information required by the state to apply for entry.

2. Party B is responsible for handling the exit procedures of Party B personnel (from their country of residence) and bearing the expenses related thereto.

The entry and residence procedures in the State shall be handled by Party A and bear all the expenses involved.

3. according to the needs of the project, dispatched personnel may be increased or reduced at any time.

4. if the need for additional personnel is increased, Party A agrees to submit a personnel plan to Party headquarters for 2 months in advance.

The increase of staff salaries is paid according to the wage standards listed in Annex 1 to this agreement.

If the new type of work is added, the wage standard shall be agreed by the representatives of both sides at the site.

5. according to the progress of the project, if the site needs to be reduced, it should be agreed upon by the on-site representatives.

Third reserves

Party A agrees to pay the preparatory fee for Party B's dispatched personnel.

The preparation fee shall be charged to Party B at the same time when the dispatch plan is submitted to Party B.

Fourth wages

1. the wages of dispatched personnel shall be paid according to the wage schedule agreed in the annex.

The wages shall be calculated from the day when the dispatched officers leave the airport at the airport of the airport in the country where they are located.

Party B agrees to arrange the shortest route as far as possible so as to shorten the journey time.

2. the basic salary of the dispatched staff is detailed in Annex 1..

3. the basic salary is calculated on a monthly basis, and the daily wage is 1/25. per month for every month.

4. according to the current economic situation, the basic salary of the dispatched personnel is increasing by about 10%.

Fifth working hours and overtime work

1. Party B's working hours are 8 hours per day.

2. a week's vacation. The date of the specific leave can be arranged by both sides.

3. due to the shortage of materials and weather conditions, the contents of the work can be temporarily adjusted through consultation between the two parties.

Party A agrees to pay Party B's wages if any of the above and other causes of stoppage due to party a cause.

4. Party B can work overtime if required and agreed by both parties.

Party A pays overtime wages according to the following standards.

(1) the average overtime wage is 125% of the basic wage.

(2) work overtime at night (22 to 5 in the morning) and overtime on vacation days, and the wage is 150% of the basic wage.

(3) overtime pay is 200% of the basic wage.

(4) overtime pay is calculated as follows:

(monthly basic wage /200 hours) x hours of overtime hours * percentage of overtime pay.

(5) the above overtime pay and basic wages are paid at the same time.

Sixth meals

1. Party A agrees to provide Party B with a complete set of cooking utensils and refrigerating equipment for the kitchen.

2. Party A agrees to pay to Party B the daily expenses of meals in the US dollar.

3. the canteen water, electricity and fuel and the purchase of living materials will be provided and paid by Party A.

Seventh festivals and vacations

1. all Party B personnel shall have the right to enjoy the statutory holidays of the government of the Republic of China.

2. all Party B personnel shall enjoy the home visit leave of 11 days after they have worked for 11 months. The round-trip air tickets from the airport to the airport will be paid by Party A, and the shortest route should be arranged as far as possible.

3. if Party B is required to postpone returning to work on site, if Party B agrees to persuade his staff to postpone his leave, Party A agrees to pay the party members the right remuneration in order to compensate the loss of Party B personnel.

4. the compensation for the above losses can be agreed by the representatives of the two parties according to the circumstances at that time.

The compensation should not be less than the one-way ticket price between the airport and the airport.

5. Party B is able to enjoy early parental leave in advance, for more than half a year due to the misfortune of the family members and more than half a year of work.

If the person concerned has enjoyed the vacation of returning home, the traveling expenses shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall not pay the wages for such a leave.

Eighth travel and pportation

1. Party A shall bear the necessary lodging and lodging expenses of Party B from the airport between the airport, the airport and the project site.

However, Party B should endeavour to reduce the cost of this additional cost. Party A agrees to pay the entry fees of the staff to enter the state of the country, such as airport tax and so on.

2. Party A is responsible for providing Party B's pportation to and from work, as well as providing on-site representatives, engineers and other management personnel working vehicles.

3. Party B shall settle accounts with Party A on the basis of air tickets or receipts (according to the foreign exchange rates announced by the bank on the date of purchase).

Ninth taxes

Party B shall bear all the taxes payable by the party in the original country of residence, which shall be borne by Party B. Party B shall bear all taxes payable by the personnel in the state of the state.

Tenth social insurance

1. Party B's personal insurance within the validity period of the contract shall be handled by Party B, and Party A agrees to pay the personal insurance premiums of the Party B for each month.

2. Party B is injured on the construction site. Party A will only bear medical expenses. If there is a death accident, Party B shall bear all the expenses, including funeral, burial and pensions.

3. if Party B is killed by a work accident or illness, the body is pported back to its original country of residence or buried in place, and the relics are pported back to its original country of residence. All the related expenses shall be borne by Party A.

4. the dispatched personnel were certified by doctors to be absent from duty for 30 days or less, and the basic salary was paid; between 30 days and 90 days, the basic salary was 60%; those who had been absent for more than 90 days were not paid.

Eleventh medical treatments

1. Party B shall pay for the medical and hospitalization expenses of all Party B workers when they have work-related injuries or diseases in the country.

2. the commonly used medicines and appliances required by the on-site clinic shall be submitted to Party A by Party B, and the purchase plan shall be made by Party A after Party A's consent, and shall be paid by Party A.

3. Party B is staffed within 200 persons with one doctor, one male nurse, and 200 medical personnel.

Twelfth labor insurance products

Party A agrees to pay all labor protection articles to Party B's dispatched personnel, including two sets of work clothes, work shoes, gloves, glasses, safety helmets, seat belts and so on.

Thirteenth payment methods

1. in addition to the total payment of the air fare and the preparation fee, Party A shall pay Party B's other expenses, which shall be paid at the rate of 80% US dollars and 20% of the currency of the country. If the proportion is to be changed, it must be agreed by the representatives of both parties.

2. the pay for leave and the air fare payable to Party B shall be paid at the beginning of the month.

3. at the end of each month, Party B's on-site accountant will prepare the wages and other expenses forms for the dispatched personnel, including basic salary, overtime pay, meals and so on. After the examination and approval by Party A, payment will be made before 10 days.

Among them, 80% US dollars will be charged by the first party to the Bank of China.

20% of the currency is paid on the spot.

The exchange rate between us $4. and the currency of the Hong Kong dollar will be converted on the day of payment on the day of payment.

5. after Party B dispatched the personnel to the scene, Party A agreed to advance the meals expenses per person for 1 months, and if necessary to advance the other expenses, the two sides should negotiate with the Site Representatives.

Fourteenth housing and office space

1. Party A will provide Party B's housing free of charge according to the following criteria:

(1) one representative, engineer and chief engineer.

(2) there are 2 assistant engineers, technicians, doctors, accountants, plation and other managers, 1.

(3) about 4 square meters per worker, but not more than 12 per person.
