port

The original meaning of a port means a coastal port designated by the state for foreign trade.

But now, ports are not only commercial ports for economic and trade exchanges, but also political, diplomatic, technological, cultural, tourist and immigration ports. Ports have not only referred to coastal ports.

With the development of land and air pportation, foreign trade goods, inbound and outbound personnel and their luggage, mail parcels and so on can be directly pported to the hinterland of the country by rail and air.

Therefore, in developing international intermodal pport, international air mail parcel post exchange business and other places with foreign trade and border trade, the state has also set up ports.

Simply speaking, ports are the gateway for the state to specify foreign exchanges and the hub of international freight pport.

To a certain extent, it is a special international logistics node.

Classification of ports

Ports can be classified from different angles.

1, divide according to the right of approval and opening.

According to the approval, ports can be divided into one class of ports and two types of ports.

A type of port refers to the ports approved by the State Council (including the ports managed by the central government and some ports managed by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government).

The two kind of ports refers to the ports opened and managed by the provincial people's government.

2, according to the mode of pportation.

According to the way of pportation in the border area, ports can be divided into port ports, land ports and air ports.

China Electronic Port

China's electronic port has used modern information technology, with the help of the National Telecom resources, centrally stores the information flow, capital flow and electronic logistics ledger data of the import and export business separately managed by the various administrative organs of the state to the public data department and the cross industry networking data verification, and the enterprise can handle various import and export businesses on the Internet.

Port

The port is the assembly point and hub of land and water pportation, and the distribution center of industrial and agricultural products and foreign trade import and export materials.

Because ports are a natural interface between inland hinterland and ocean pportation (international air pport), people also regard ports as a special node of international logistics.

free trade area

Free trade area refers to a certain country or region within a certain range outside its boundaries, to build or expand the wharf, warehouses, factories and other infrastructure facilities and to implement preferential treatment of tariff exemption, attracting foreign enterprises to engage in trade and import and export processing industries and other business activities. The free trade zones set up by countries or regions are numerous and different in size, mainly in the following categories: free port or free trade area, bonded area, export processing zone, pit area, free border area, etc.

These special economic zones, in a sense, can also be called special points of international logistics.

Future Marketing Seize The "Point"

When I was in Boston at the end of last year, the news said that a snowstorm was coming. Generally speaking, most people will put down their jobs and go shopping in big stores. Even if they can't go out, they will have enough food to spend the whole winter. Usually I don't do that, but this year I decided to follow the footsteps of everyone and buy two full wheelbarrows at the mall, and then go to a technology that looks very scientific.
