　　5、报价有效期，这个有的时候容易被忽略，一份报价需要告之客户有效期是多长时间的，因为产品原材料，技术，职员工资，汇率，海运费，保险费，国际局势变动，国内政策变化等都会影响到产品的成本，所以必须标明有效期，没有哪一种产品的价格是一成不变的。而且一般客户对报价都会存档，很可能出现半年以后，一年以后，或者更长时间客户拿出当初的价格来商谈，这样如果没有当初价格的有效期为约束的话很容易使我们陷入被动地位。另外还要指出报价的当时时间。
